Embodied Sex and Intimacy Coaching offers the personalized, experiential, and transformative body-based sex education you never had. "You don't give consent, you arrive at consent together" Dr. Betty Martin, Wheel of Consent. There are many models of consent that talk about "gaining or getting or giving consent". Which is also called the gate-keeper model of consent, where one person is holding the permission for the other person to access. This highlights a gross imbalance of power and often times people who have been raised as women are the "givers" of consent and the men are the ones who have to "get it". I believe consent to be collaborative, something we arrive at together, is informed, specific, enthusiastic, reversible, and ongoing. I follow Dr. Betty Martin's model Wheel of Consent as the foundation of the work we do together.

In the work I offer, we co-create a culture of consent. You learn what it's like to know and ask for what you want and don't want, you learn an embodied yes and no, you learn who the action is for and who is receiving the gift, and knowing this can irrevocably change your life, not just in the bedroom. Rewiring our neural pathways to pleasure takes time, so the work I offer is bespoke and tailored to your needs and desires. Typically, clients commit to a package of 8 sessions over a 2-4 month period. Individual 90-minute sessions start at $350. Some clients work with me over a year with one session per month, while others work with me weekly for 6 months. Let's co-create something that feels aligned.
